I found it to paddle more like a kayak which I'm use to than a normal packraft. Which meant ferry gliding and eddy turns could be done with control due to the round hull and edges and with the higher pressure it doesn't try to fold when driving hard through a hole. For the performance I get out of it having to carry a small pump is worth the extra weight.
